Abstract

Key terms and concepts related to LGBTQ2S+ inclusion were discussed, including processes of exclusion (e.g., heteronormativity, cisnormativity). This presentation also outlined ways that student affairs professionals can respond to and address these forms of exclusion and effectively support LGBTQ2S+ students.
