Long-term Community Adaptation of Children and Youth Receiving Residential Mental Health Services

Based on results from a synthesis review, this Executive Summary highlights elements of a proposed integrated program configuration that shows a demonstrated capacity to foster successful community adaptation for children and youth graduating from children's residential mental health programs.
