Forthcoming Issue: Martin Luther and Antisemitism
Guest Editor: Daniel Maoz
Volume 41 issue 2, 2020 of Consensus will serve public discourse by addressing a rising and disturbing aberration of global society, antisemitism. In doing so, it also will reflect three separate and yet interrelated areas of academic and public life in the world of Martin Luther University College. The first annual conference on the legacy of the namesake of the school occurred on January 20, 2020 in the Board and Senate Chambers of Wilfrid Laurier University, hosted by Martin Luther University College, supported and attended by the national bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC), the Eastern Synod bishop of ELCIC, and invited guests from a number of religious communities as well as political dignitaries from national, provincial, regional, and local governments.
